1. Key Points

  • All orders are final once placed; no cancellations after checkout or deposit.
  • No change-of-mind returns. Returns are accepted only for major, unnatural defects.
  • Custom / made-to-order: all sales are final once production starts (defects still covered).
  • Natural variations in wood grain, color tone, and fabric dye-lots are expected and not defects.

2. Natural Materials & Color Expectations (Not Defects)

  • Real wood varies in grain, knots, tone, and may show slight movement.
  • Fabrics/leathers vary by batch and screens may display color differently.
  • You may request current-lot photos/videos or visit to view finish/fabric samples before ordering.

3. What Counts as a Major, Unnatural Defect

Eligible only if reported within 4 hours of delivery with clear photos/video and original packaging.

  • Structural damage: cracked/broken frame, legs, joints, or welds.
  • Severe finish failure: peeling, bubbling, pronounced paint/clear-coat defects.
  • Upholstery damage: cuts/tears, severe stitching failure, abnormal sagging due to faulty build.
  • Wrong specification beyond tolerance: wrong model/fabric/color, or dimensions off by more than ±2 cm.
  • Transit damage: crushed corners, deep dents, shattered tops with visible packaging impact.

Not defects: natural variation (see §2), minor touch-ups, hairline checks not affecting strength, marks inherent to natural materials, or wear/misuse (moisture/heat exposure, harsh cleaners, improper installation).

4. Remedies (Defect Cases Only)

Our sequence is repair → replacement → refund (refund only if repair/replacement isn’t possible or is disproportionate).

  • If the claim is approved, repair/replacement is handled at no cost.
  • If return shipping is required for inspection, we arrange it. If the claim is not approved, the item can be returned to you at your cost.

5. Items That Are Not Returnable

  • Custom / made-to-order pieces (any size, finish, fabric, personalization), except where Section 3 applies.
  • Fabric/leather sold by the meter, samples, clearance/outlet items.
  • Items used/installed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging/accessories.

6. Cancellations & Deposits

  • No cancellations after an order is placed.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once paid, as they reserve materials and production time.

7. How to File a Defect Claim

  • Notify within 4 hours of delivery with your order number.
  • Contact: kersetna@outlook.com or WhatsApp via our website.
  • Include clear photos/video of the issue and the packaging. Typical inspection time: 2–5 business days.
  • Resolution: repair or replacement; refund only if neither is feasible.

8. Lebanon-Only Service

Sales, deliveries, and after-sales service currently operate within Lebanon.
